Your Company could Achieve Great Results like This

In the summer of 2008, Apple Wellbeing visited a main provider of support for local voluntary and community groups within their city.

8 months later they were revisited to see whether advice that had been given initially had been used to their benefit and whether it had had an affect on their results.

When originally tested, cholesterol levels were identified to be the main risk for these individuals with 58% of individuals having a cholesterol level greater than 5mmol/l.

Participating in any form of exercise 42% improvement
Completing 3+ hours of exercise / week 15% improvement
Combined Weight Loss 22kg (3st. 6lbs)
Waist-Hip Ratios 25% improvement - now nobody above safe waist-hip ratio
Combined Flexibility Improvement 14cm
Combined Strength Improvement 9kg
Cholesterol less than 5mmol/l 48% improvement
Average Cholesterol `08 5.35mmol/l
Average Cholesterol `09 4.52mmol/l

From the results above it is evident to see that the main discussion points of the initial consultations (Exercise and Good diet, i.e. controlling saturated fats in the diet) have been taken into consideration and used to their advantage.

The average cholesterol level was recorded at 5.35mmol/l in 2008, yet when tested in 2009, this figure had reduced to just 4.32mmol/l. Also by exercising more, and cutting saturated fats in the diet, it contributed to weight loss and reducing potentially dangerous waist to hip ratios, which was seen across the board.

These results are evident of what can be done with a little bit of knowledge, motivation and will power.
