Annual Package

This is designed to provide a company with an ongoing yearly package so that health can be tracked and goals can be reviewed regularly.

Ongoing assessments with SMS and email support with an educational package focused on creating simple lifestyle changes. The consultant will work with the individual to reach an agreed set of achieveable goals which are then reviewed part way through the year.

Annual package consists of:

  1. Full Wellbeing Assessment, Goal Setting, Text and Email Support
  2. Mini Health Assessment , Review of Goals, Appropriate Goal Adjustment, Text and Email Support
  3. Full Wellbeing Assessment, Review of Goals, Appropriate Goal Adjustment
